Support Groups

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Moncton as part of its mission, “Mentally Healthy People in a Healthy Society”, is pleased to offer a variety of support groups. Our support groups offer a forum where participants can exchange personal experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Our team of highly qualified, professional facilitators guide discussion for individuals with lived experience, their families, and their loved ones. Our support groups are offered in English and French.

Bipolar Mood Disorder Support Group

The Bipolar Support Group provides support and education for those living in the community with a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder.

Family and Friends Support Group

The Family and Friends support group is an ongoing, open group for friends and family members of individuals who have a mental illness.

Living with Depression Support Group

The Living with Depression Support Group is an ongoing, open support group for individuals who are living with depression.
